About us

Newhall Mains is a charming Michelin Key hotel nestled in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. We offer a variety of luxurious cottages and suites, complemented by our exceptional restaurant, private airfield and whisky bar.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Housekeeper.

Key Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities.
Change bed linens and towels.
Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials in designated areas.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests promptly and courteously.

Key Requirements

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within set timeframes.
