Position Details

Job Title Surfacing Operations Manager

Department Surfacing

Location Alness / Inverness based, with works across the Highlands and Moray

Working Hours Full Time Mon-Fri, normal minimum 42.5 hours per week

Duration Permanent

Holidays 30 days per year

Remuneration Competitive salary relevant to experience, plus benefits

Probationary Period 3 months from commencement.

Position

We are currently looking for a Road Surfacing Operations Manager to join our team at Pat Munro, working across the Highlands and Moray.

The role is full time, permanent and you will lead and manage our onsite teams to ensure efficient and high-quality completion of contracts. Whether you're a Surfacing Squad Leader eager for advancement, a Construction Supervisor seeking a fresh challenge, or already a Surfacing Supervisor seeking a new opportunity, we invite you to join the Pat Munro team.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience in road surfacing or related construction field with a strong understanding of road construction procedures.
The role covers a large geographical area across the Highlands and Moray so you will need to be able to travel, therefore a full UK Driving Licence is required.
SMSTS/SSSTS or working towards
Valid CSCS card or working towards.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations.
