Full job description

Are you a skilled Heating Engineer looking to join a friendly, well-established company?

Inafix Ltd, based in Shaftesbury, specialises in renewable energy solutions including heat pumps and air conditioning, alongside a full range of plumbing installations. We also provide expert servicing, repairs, and maintenance for a wide variety of heating systems.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in oil, gas, and renewable technologies while working with a supportive team in a growing industry.

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
Strong problem-solving skills and good customer communication
Ability to learn on the job

Key Responsibilities will include (training can be given)

Carry out routine servicing and maintenance to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently
Diagnose and repair faults in heating systems
Install and integrate renewable energy systems, including heat pumps, solar thermal systems, and underfloor heating
Ensure compliance with MCS regulations, health & safety requirements, and industry standards
Liaise with customers to explain work carried out and provide clear advice
Conduct system testing and commissioning to ensure optimal performance
Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Stay up to date with industry developments and participate in training on new technologies
