Join Our Private Client Team as a Legal Assistant at Rawlins Davy Reeves in Poole!

Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for administration and legal support? Rawlins Davy Reeves is seeking an Assistant to join our friendly and expanding Private Client Team in Poole!

Your Role:
This is a varied position and your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Handling client enquiries and liaising with third parties professionally.
Managing file opening and closing, ensuring adherence to AML, client care, and compliance procedures.
Assisting in the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
Drafting attendance notes, maintaining accurate records, and completing routine administrative tasks.
Attending Will signings and supporting other client meetings.

We’re seeking a proactive and adaptable team player with:

A friendly and professional attitude.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and competent typing skills.

Bonus Skills:
While not essential, a degree in a relevant field or demonstrable experience in a legal or professional services environment would be advantageous.
