Wood Machinist

Location: Poole, BH17 0GH

Tekne are a well-established manufacturer specialising in high-quality bespoke furniture and cabinetry. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering tailored solutions to our clients.

We are currently seeking an experienced Wood Machinist to join our team on a full time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating a range of woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
Machining timber components to precise specifications
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Ensuring high standards of quality and finish
Maintaining machinery and a clean, safe working environment
Working collaboratively with the workshop team

Requirements:

Proven experience as a wood machinist or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery and processes
Ability to work accurately and independently
Must be proficient on spindle moulder
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Relevant qualifications in wood machining
