Manx Integrated Sexual Health (MISH), formerly the GUM Clinic and Family Planning Clinic, delivers a vital, confidential and non-judgmental service to the Island community. As a Receptionist / Admin Assistant, you’ll play a central role in keeping the service running smoothly - providing high-quality reception and administrative support while acting as the first point of contact for patients, both in person and by phone. You’ll communicate clearly and professionally, handling sensitive situations with discretion and care.
Working closely with the Office Manager and wider clinical team, you’ll manage appointments, maintain accurate patient records and support day-to-day operations to ensure patients receive a consistently positive experience. This is a varied role where your organisation, attention to detail and ability to prioritise will contribute directly to a service that supports patients at important and often complex points in their lives.
