Could you support children and young people with complex needs to enjoy meaningful, engaging experiences?
As Respite Support Worker at the Braddan Community Hub, you’ll support children and young people aged 018 with complex needs and physical/learning disabilities. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming environment where individuals feel supported, valued and able to take part in daily activities.
You’ll be involved in planning and delivering personalised programmes, building strong relationships with families and professionals, and supporting development through both inhouse activities and visits within the community. Every day brings variety, from supporting play and learning to helping children engage with the world around them. Working as part of a small and supportive team, you’ll contribute to a service focused on delivering highquality, personcentred care.

Please note, this role will involve working 5 days a week Monday-Sunday, with mixture of daytime and evening shifts, your earliest shift will start at 9am and latest finish at 9pm (subject to change).

An enhanced with barring police check is required for this post, the cost of which will be covered by the Isle of Man Government.
