About the role

Are you ready to play a key role in supporting the delivery of housing services across the Isle of Man?

As a Customer Services Officer within the Housing Agency, you'll provide vital administrative support to the housing team, respond to tenants’ enquiries, process applications, assess eligibility, and help customers access housing schemes and services. This is a customer-focused role, offering the opportunity to build strong relationships while providing advice, guidance, and practical support. Working with sensitive personal and financial information, you'll ensure customers receive a professional, efficient and supportive experience.

Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, your planning and organisational skills will help you manage a varied workload, while your confidence in dealing with difficult conversations, both in person and over the phone, will be key to delivering a high standard of service.
