About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Highly Specialist Speech & Language Therapist to join our welcoming team on the beautiful Isle of Man.
In this advanced clinical role, you’ll be responsible for the triage, assessment, diagnosis and treatment of adults with dysphagia and communication difficulties. You’ll play a key part in multidisciplinary case management, ensuring patients follow the right pathways of care and that effective communication is maintained through liaison and referrals to other services.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll also support and mentor junior therapists, assistants and students, helping to shape a positive and supportive learning environment. Working closely with the Team Lead, you’ll be encouraged to innovate and develop your practice while ensuring interventions are evidence-based and focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for those in your care.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your career while enjoying all the lifestyle benefits of island life, we’d love to hear from you!
