Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across various premises. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a safe and welcoming environment while developing valuable skills in the cleaning industry. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between sites.

Cleaning jobs will include; residential cleans, commercial cleans, end of tenancy cleans, airbnb cleans.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
Maintain cleanliness of communal areas, offices, restrooms, and other designated spaces
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and stored properly
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe working environment
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet their specific cleaning requirements
Assist with specialised cleaning tasks as required, including deep cleans or specialised sanitisation processes

Experience

Previous experience in commercial or domestic cleaning is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations
Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
Customer service experience is desirable, with an emphasis on professionalism and attentiveness
Driving experience and a valid driving licence are preferred for roles involving travel between multiple sites
