About the role
Are you a GP who wants more influence, variety and impact in your daily work?
Step into a Salaried Portfolio General Practitioner role with Manx Care and help shape the future of integrated primary, community and therapy care on the Isle of Man. You will provide locum cover across the Island’s 11 GP Practices, take part in the GP Prison Clinic rota with full training and enhanced rates, and occasionally support GP Education Sessions. Each day includes a mix of clinical sessions and flexible time for follow up tasks, emergency patients and essential practice duties, giving you a genuinely varied portfolio and the chance to experience different practices.
This role gives you the space to apply your clinical experience in a system that values innovation, collaboration and fresh thinking. You will work within an organisation moving from traditional GMS to an integrated model built on multidisciplinary Health and Care Communities, giving you the opportunity to influence new ways of working and contribute to meaningful change. It offers the chance to broaden your skills, work closely with a wide range of teams and make a visible difference to how care is delivered. Apply now and take the next step in a career with real influence and impact.
Please note, although the vacancy is advertised as full time, we can offer some flexibility in the number of sessions worked.
