Role Description
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant with relevant experience to join our team. The role will involve recording financial transactions, processing payroll entries, reconciling bank statements, preparing and processing invoices, bills, and expense reports. The ideal candidate should have experience using QuickBooks and a good understanding of bookkeeping practices.
Strong attention to detail is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate adaptability, integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct.
We are looking for someone who can work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
Location: Doune
Contract: Permanent
hours: Part-time with potentially full-time option on a basis agreed with the successful applicant.
Salary: Negotiable, based on the successful applicant's experience.
