The Opportunity
As Founding Hospital Director & Registered Manager, you will:

Lead and secure CQC hospital registration, embedding governance excellence from day one

Establish and grow a market-leading private spinal rehabilitation hospital

Define and implement the organisation's private approach to spinal care

Build and inspire a high-performing multidisciplinary team

Develop strong partnerships with consultants, insurers, referrers, and stakeholders

Drive occupancy, commercial performance, and strategic growth

Position the service as the premier private spinal rehabilitation provider in the South East
