Dover Marina Hotel & Spa Tapestry Collection by Hilton is currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven Housekeeping Assistant Manager to join our dedicated facilities team. In this role, you will support the Housekeeping Manager in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across our premises.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining an impeccable environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure all rooms and common areas meet established quality and sanitation standards.
Team Leadership: Assist in the training, scheduling, and motivation of housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify maintenance needs or areas requiring attention, ensuring all protocols are strictly followed.
Inventory Management: Monitor supply levels, manage vendor orders, and ensure staff have the necessary equipment to perform their duties efficiently.
Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and security regulations.
Administrative Support: Assist in preparing shift reports, managing staff performance records, and coordinating special projects or deep-cleaning schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience in a professional housekeeping or facilities management role.
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, inventory management software).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as operational needs dictate.
