This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, administration, and printing. We need someone who enjoys being busy, is confident dealing with customers and can manage several different tasks throughout the day.
Previous printing experience is not essential as full training will be provided. The right attitude, willingness to learn and ability to use your own initiative are much more important to us.
Punctuality and reliability are essential. We need someone we can depend on to arrive on time and be ready to start work at 8:00am each day.

- Answering customer questions or finding the information they need
- Taking accurate details for new printing jobs
- Carrying out printing, photocopying and finishing work
- Learning how to use our printing equipment and systems
- Keeping track of jobs and helping to ensure work is completed on time
- Switching between customers, telephone calls, emails and printing jobs throughout the day
- Working independently when other members of the team are busy or unavailable
- Keeping the shop and work areas tidy and organised
- Helping with other day-to-day tasks as required
