Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated <PERSON> to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of building and maintenance tasks, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a professional environment, working on diverse projects that require precision and expertise.

Duties

Utilise hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to carry out masonry, carpentry, roofing, and welding tasks.
Lay bricks and blocks with accuracy to meet project specifications.
Construct, repair, and maintain structures using appropriate techniques and materials.
Assist in the installation of roofing systems, ensuring durability and weather resistance.
Operate welding equipment safely to join metal components as required.
Follow technical drawings and plans to execute building tasks efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organised worksite, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

Proven experience in masonry, carpentry, roofing, or welding is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialised construction equipment.
Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and best practices in construction.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans accurately.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Physical fitness to perform manual labour over extended periods.
Valid relevant certifications or licences (e.g., CSCS card) are advantageous but not essential. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute their skills within a dynamic construction environment while advancing their professional development.

Pay: £220.00-£259.19 per day
