HEAD OF PROJECTS

We are seeking an elite, commercially driven Head of Projects to lead the end-to-end delivery of hyperscale and mission-critical data centre campuses. You will be the senior client interface, accountable for safety, financial performance, and master schedule adherence. Crucially, you will leverage your established industry network to onboard and integrate an existing, high-performing team of Project Managers and specialist M&E/Civil subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Subcontractor Mobilisation: Bring and integrate a proven delivery network, including Project Managers, Construction Managers, and key Tier 1/specialist subcontractors, to rapidly scale up site operations.
Strategic Leadership: Oversee the master project execution plan, ensuring seamless delivery from due diligence and pre-construction through to structural build, MEP installation, commissioning, and final handover.
Commercial Acumen: Lead high-level commercial strategies, contract negotiations, budget tracking, and variation/claims management.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the senior point of contact for clients, executive leadership, and technology partners.
Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all works strictly comply with tier-level data centre specifications (Tier III/IV) and rigorous international Health & Safety standards.
Core Requirements
-Experience: 15+ years in construction management, with a minimum of 5-8 years specifically in a Project Director or senior operational leadership role within the data centre sector.
-Network & Leverage: Demonstrated ability to attract, recruit, and secure the commitment of experienced project management personnel and specialized subcontractors.
-Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, power redundancy, and data centre commissioning readiness.
-Education: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
