Job Summary
We are seeking two dynamic and results-driven Advertising & Marketing Executives to join our team. These roles are ideal for individuals with a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strong organisational ability. The successful candidates will contribute to the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies, manage projects efficiently, and foster strong relationships with business clients. These positions offer valuable experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting organisational growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and print media.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Prepare engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and reports with Microsoft Excel to communicate campaign progress and results.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate marketing activities and promotional events.
Maintain organised records of campaigns, client interactions, and project timelines using organisational tools.
Analyse campaign performance data to optimise future marketing strategies.
Build and nurture relationships with B2B clients to expand business opportunities.
Lead initiatives that enhance brand awareness and market share through innovative advertising techniques.

Requirements

Proven proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant IT tools.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Experience in B2B marketing strategies and campaign execution.
Solid understanding of marketing principles, digital platforms, and advertising channels.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and time management abilities.
