Job Summary:
AG Institute Business & Technology Services Ltd is looking for an organised and proactive IT Operations Manager to oversee daily technology operations, support internal systems, and help ensure reliable IT service delivery. This role is ideal for someone with experience in IT support, systems coordination, technical operations, or business technology services who can lead teams, solve problems, and improve processes.
What you'll do:
- Manage daily IT operations and support service delivery.
- Coordinate IT support tasks, system updates, and technical requests.
- Monitor technology systems, workflows, and operational performance.
- Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and service improvements.
- Work with internal teams, users, suppliers, and technical service providers.
- Help maintain IT documentation, reports, and process records.
- Support team guidance, training, and workload coordination.
- Identify ways to improve IT systems, response times, and operational efficiency.
- Help ensure company policies, data protection standards, and IT procedures are followed.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT support, technical operations, systems administration, business technology, service desk, digital services, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous leadership, coordination, or management experience is helpful.
- Good understanding of IT systems, software, networks, and user support.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using business software, ticketing systems, email, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage priorities and support both technical and non-technical users.
- Positive attitude with a practical approach to improving systems and service delivery.
