Westfield Country Park – Office Administrator & Bookings Coordinator

Location: Westfield Country Park, Fitling, Hull, HU12 9AL

Immediate Start Available

We are currently looking for a professional, organised, and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team at Westfield Country Park, a luxury holiday lodge park with hot tubs based in the beautiful East Yorkshire countryside.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing daily administrative duties within the office
Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email, and social media
Taking and managing holiday lodge bookings
Assisting with accounts and general office organisation
Providing exceptional customer service and interacting confidently with guests
Supporting the day-to-day running of the holiday park operations
Being hands-on and proactive when required

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have excellent communication and people skills
Be confident answering calls and dealing with customers professionally
Have good organisational and administrative abilities
Be reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
Have previous admin/accounts experience
Be computer literate and comfortable using booking systems and emails
Be flexible, hands-on, and willing to help where needed
