Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hard working individual to become our cleaning team supervisor. You will need to have experience of similar work although training will be given to the successful candidate. You will need to have a keen eye for detail, clean to a high standard and be able to work with and lead the cleaning team through a range of holiday cottages and apartments. You must have a full driving license as you will need to use the company van at times.
Main Duties include
- Cleaning to a high standard
- Checking the work of the team and ensuring that each property is cleaned to the highest standard
- Occasionally packing linen/making up welcome packs
- Promote a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.
Experience
- Prior supervisory or team leader experience within a cleaning or facilities management setting is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: £884.00 per month
