About Us

N&J Interiors is a growing construction and commercial interiors specialist delivering high quality projects across office, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and education sectors. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional spaces on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple commercial interior and refurbishment projects across the region.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will manage projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and within budget. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain high standards across all projects.

This role would suit an experienced Contracts Manager or someone looking to step up from a Site Manager or similar hands on construction background.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple commercial interiors and refurbishment projects
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Attend client and site progress meetings
Monitor health & safety compliance across all projects
Support procurement and programme management
Oversee quality control and project standards
Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently
Maintain strong working relationships with clients and project teams

Requirements

Experience within commercial interiors, refurbishment, or construction
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple live projects
Good understanding of construction processes and site operations
Hands-on construction or trade background preferred
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid desirable
Full UK driving licence
