Core Purpose
- Provide administrative support to logistics operations within the renewable energy sector, ensuring accurate coordination of materials, documentation, and communication across the supply chain.
- Support the efficient flow of operational activity by maintaining well-organised records and enabling effective coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Provide administrative support to the logistics and operations teams to ensure efficient and accurate day-to-day coordination of activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory to support effective logistics tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods and information.
- Monitor and update shipment schedules, proactively identifying and resolving any discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely delivery tracking.
- Provide customs documentation support to service lines, ensuring compliance with all import and export regulatory requirements.
- Prepare accurate reports and supporting documentation for management to assist with operational monitoring and decision-making.
- Ensure all activities always comply with company procedures and relevant industry regulations.
QHSE Responsibilities
To have a general understanding of the areas of our QHSE Management System and OEG’s QHSE aims and objectives that are relevant to the role.
Comply with the requirements of OEG Energy Group Policies and the responsibilities within the wider QHSE Management System.

Skills and Experience
- Previous exposure to logistics, customs/import-export procedures, QHSE environments, or relevant qualifications/training in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or CILT certification is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritising workload to meet deadlines.
- An interest in logistics, supply chain operations, or the renewables energy sector is desirable.
Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above.
