PERSONAL TRAINER / S+C COACH / SMALL GROUP COACH
Remedium Wellness – Hallow, Worcester
Remedium Wellness is expanding and we are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and professional Personal Trainer to help lead our new small group training classes from our studio in Hallow, Worcester.
These sessions will combine strength training, functional movement, conditioning and performance-focused coaching using our new Speediance “Gym Monster” smart gym systems alongside cardio equipment including treadmills and functional training tools such as kettlebells.
This is not a traditional commercial gym role. We are building a premium, coaching-led environment focused on movement quality, long-term health, injury reduction and performance.
About Remedium Wellness
Remedium Wellness is a fast-growing multidisciplinary musculoskeletal and wellness clinic group with clinics across Hallow, Bewdley, Worcester, Birmingham and London.
Remedium combines evidence-based Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, rehabilitation and performance-focused care with a patient-centred, long-term approach to health and movement.
At Remedium, we believe rehabilitation and fitness should not be completely separated. Our mission is to help people move better, recover from pain, build strength and improve long-term physical resilience through high-quality coaching and healthcare-led fitness services.
Our new small group training concept is designed to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance training within a premium, coaching-led environment focused on movement quality, strength, conditioning and long-term health.
About the Role
Sessions will involve coaching members through structured workouts using the Speediance systems, bodyweight exercises, cardio intervals and functional training methods.
You will also help create a welcoming, motivating and high-quality training environment that reflects the Remedium Wellness brand.
We already have a pre-existing patient database of over 3,500 patients across the Remedium Wellness group which we will initially advertise these classes to. Alongside this, we will also be running ongoing local marketing campaigns to continue growing class numbers and reach full capacity. Whilst we expect strong interest from launch, it is important to understand that building consistent full-capacity classes may take a number of weeks initially. You will initially be responsible for delivering small group fitness classes of up to 5 people for a minimum of 5 hours per week, with the capacity to grow and scale as we get busier and the classes increase in popularity.
