Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and dedicated Spa Therapist to join our expanding dry spa center. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional spa treatments, ensuring clients experience relaxation and rejuvenation in a tranquil environment. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your skills in a welcoming setting, contributing to our reputation for outstanding customer care and holistic wellbeing.

Duties

Provide a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, manicure and pedicure tailored to client needs.
Conduct consultations with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ensure all equipment and products are prepared and sterilised before each use.
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and addressing client queries professionally.
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and any client preferences or allergies.
Promote additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and centre revenue.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and team members confidently.
A friendly, professional demeanour with a genuine passion for promoting wellbeing and relaxation.
Relevant qualifications in Level 2 and/or Level 3 Beauty Therapy
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required, to accommodate client appointments. This position offers an engaging environment where your skills can flourish while providing clients with memorable spa experiences. We value professionalism, attentiveness, and a warm approach to ensure every guest leaves feeling refreshed and valued.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
