Chef de Partie – Full Time | Finn Lough
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie with 2–3 years’ experience to join our dynamic kitchen team at Finn Lough.
This role offers the opportunity to work within our Lasair kitchen, while supporting the wider kitchen operation as needed. You’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality food rooted in a farm-to-fork philosophy, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Working alongside our Head Chef, Kristin Reagon — recently featured on Great British Menu — you’ll gain hands-on experience in a creative and ambitious kitchen environment.
We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and contribute across multiple sections.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, and present pastries, desserts, and baked goods to a consistently high standard
- Support other kitchen sections during service as required
- Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation at all times
- Assist senior chefs with preparation and daily kitchen operations
- Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all tasks
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and efficient team environment
Skills & Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in pastry or a professional kitchen
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for food, creativity, and continuous improvement
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Reliable, driven, and eager to learn
- Full driver’s licence (preferred)
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Willingness to relocate or commute
