Job Overview

Must have a civil background and experience in Life Sciences, Data Centre or Semiconduction

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Civil, Structural and Architectural works on site.
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure project delivery to programme.
Monitor quality, health & safety, and construction progress.
Liaise with clients, consultants and project teams.
Ensure works are delivered to the highest industry standards.Experience
Proven management experience within a customer service or administrative environment, with a track record of supervising teams successfully.
Familiarity with Primavera P6 or similar project management software is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Previous experience in process optimisation or implementing operational improvements is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to handle complex problem-solving scenarios with tact and professionalism.

Requirements:

Location: Limerick, Kildare or Dublin (Ireland)
Contract: 12 months
Rate: Competitive hourly rate (€), dependent on experience.

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
