About Marble Arch Health

Marble Arch Health is a growing private women’s healthcare business providing specialist gynecology and women’s health services. The business operates across Enniskillen and Galway and is entering a new stage of growth, with increasing clinical activity, insurer engagement, specialist involvement, theatre pathways, and cross-border operational complexity.

Marble Arch Health is now seeking to recruit a Clinic Administrator for their premises in Enniskillen. As the business continues to expand, we are seeking an administrator who will be focused on clinic operations, patient pathways, referrals, results, correspondence, clinician support and coordination. The role should ensure that patient pathways are properly managed from enquiry or referral through to appointment, follow-up, results, correspondence and ongoing care. The successful candidate will be required to travel to our Galway clinic to provide support up to once-a-month from Tuesday – Friday/Saturday, as per business requirement; accommodation provided.

Clinic Administrator – Job Details

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: Negotiable

Location: Enniskillen

Hours of work: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate patient appointments, bookings, cancellations, and waiting lists to support efficient clinic operations.
Act as a key point of contact for patients, responding to telephone, email and online enquiries professionally and promptly.
Manage referrals, patient pathways, and care coordination to ensure timely access to services.
Maintain accurate patient records and update clinical systems in line with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
Coordinate diagnostic tests, results, clinical correspondence, and follow-up actions.
Liaise with clinicians, hospitals, laboratories, and other healthcare providers to support patient care.
Provide administrative support to clinicians, consultants, and the wider management team.
Assist with document management, data entry, reporting, and routine operational administration.
Contribute to a high-quality patient experience through efficient, accurate, and patient-focused administrative support.

Essential Criteria

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare administration or a similar administrative role.
Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a busy environment.
Professional, patient-focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A full clean driving licence is essential for this position due to the travel requirements associated with the role.

Desirable Criteria

Experience using electronic patient record systems and medical dictation software.
Experience coordinating appointment, referrals, results or consultant clinics.
