Full job description

Quality Operative (Enniskillen)

To provide front line support to ensure adherence to internal and customer procedures, standards and requirements in all aspects of our processes.

The role

Perform sampling and testing of products to certify product quality and adherence to specifications in line with the quality road map.

Record, complete and collect information required for correlation of reports and control factors

Control production records ensuring accuracy with works dockets

Identification and storage of print first-off samples

Manage changing priorities under deadline pressure

Review deliverables for quality and adherence to customer expectations

Raise any non conformances identified and investigate root cause and corrective action.

To feedback quality concerns, develop solutions and drive continuous improvement activities to improve our current quality level

The successful candidate will report to and receive instructions from the Production Supervisor/Quality Manager

Essential Criteria

Good verbal and written understanding of English

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Ability to work shifts

Desirable Criteria

Previous quality experience

Previous experience in a Production environment

Rate of pay : £13.25 per hour plus 20% shift allowance for all hours worked

Working 7 shifts in every 14 days. Shift pattern is two weeks of days shift followed by two weeks of night shift. The shift hours will be 2am to 8am and 2pm to 8pm
