Customer Service & Operations Analyst (Asset Finance)

On behalf of NatWest, AMS are seeking Deal Support Advisors to provide an excellent service for our clients. The role will be based in Lombard CSO department in Rotherham, Discovery House, S63 7EF

Join us in a fast-paced asset finance environment where your work directly helps customers access the funding they need, often when timing is critical. This is a role where accuracy, pace, and customer focus come together, giving you the opportunity to build valuable operational and analytical skills while making a genuine difference.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key role in supporting the customer journey from documentation through to funding. With a strong focus on document production and operational excellence, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, accurately, and on time.

Your day-to-day will include:

Producing high-quality customer documentation that enables funding to be released quickly and efficiently
Responding to customer and stakeholder queries via phone and email, delivering a professional and helpful service
Reviewing invoices and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
Managing urgent requests where customers require fast access to funds
Investigating queries and resolving issues to deliver the best possible outcomes
Working closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance service delivery
Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve manual or inefficient processes

The Skills you’ll need

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

You’ll also need:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate documentation
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Confidence communicating with customers via phone and email
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
A proactive mindset with a focus on improving processes and outcomes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to pick up new systems

Experience in asset finance or financial services is a plus, though not essential. If you’re detail-driven, customer-focused, and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

What we can offer:

Start date: Monday 29th June 2026 (Earlier start dates are dependent on pre-engagement vetting)
Contract length: 6 months
Shift pattern: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
Hourly rate: £13.75 per hour
Full time position: 35 hours per week
Weekly pay
Training will take place in office for the first 2 weeks
Hybrid working schedule can be implemented after training. There is a requirement to be in office 3 days per month
