- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, audiences and return on advertising spend.
- Test different adverts, audiences, creative formats and landing pages to improve results.
- Manage our social media channels and develop a consistent content schedule.
- Photograph products and create high-quality website, advertising and social media imagery.
- Film and edit engaging short-form video for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
- Develop content ideas that increase reach, engagement, website traffic and sales.
- Manage and update WordPress and WooCommerce websites.
- Help manage and develop any future Shopify websites.
- Improve website design, navigation, mobile usability and customer journeys.
- Create and improve product pages, category pages, landing pages and campaign pages.
- Upload and maintain products, descriptions, prices, images, attributes and categories.
- Use analytics and performance data to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Support email marketing, SEO and wider digital campaigns.
- Work with external developers when specialist technical work is required.
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant should have:
- Excellent knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience creating and managing successful paid social media campaigns.
- The ability to analyse campaign results and improve performance.
- Strong photography, video and content-creation skills.
- Confidence filming and editing short-form social media video.
- Practical experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Knowledge of Shopify or the ability to learn it quickly.
- Strong web-design skills and an eye for modern, professional layouts.
- A good understanding of conversion-focused website design.
- An understanding of how website content, layout and customer journeys affect sales.
- Experience creating product listings, landing pages and digital campaigns.
- Good written English and the ability to produce engaging commercial copy.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several brands and priorities.
- A proactive approach, with the confidence to suggest and implement new ideas.
Experience with Divi, Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, Google Analytics, Search Console, Brevo, SEO, HTML or CSS would be beneficial but is not essential.
