Newpower Advanced Ltd is a fast-growing renewable energy company specialising in:

We are looking for an experienced, motivated electrician to join our growing in-house installation team as we expand across the UK renewable sector.
This is NOT a standard electrician role.
We want someone ambitious, efficient, and organised — someone who takes pride in completing high-quality installations while maintaining strong productivity.
You will be rewarded for output and efficiency through a structured bonus system on every completed installation.
The Role
You will be carrying out:
- Solar PV installations
- Battery storage installations
- Air source heat pump electrical works
- EV charger installations
- Testing & commissioning
- Customer handovers
- Installation paperwork and certification
Most work is domestic residential with occasional commercial projects. We currently operate in Yorkshire & Humber, North West, Midlands & occasionally the North East.
Performance Bonuses
Paid on completed installations:
- Solar installs
- Heat pump installs
- EV charger installs
High performers can realistically earn:
£50,000–£80,000+ annually
without needing to work excessive hours.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Fully qualified electrician
- 18th Edition
- NVQ Level 3
- Testing & inspection qualifications
- Experience with solar PV and battery storage (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
Preferred:
- Heat pump experience
- Solar & Battery experience
- EV charger experience
- NAPIT or NICEIC background
- Renewable industry experience
- Basic other tradesman skills is a bonus
