Overview
At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Global Content Operations team. In this role, you’ll help us create clarity, consistency, and efficiency across our global content function. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Thought Leadership, and other teams to ensure our content initiatives are well-planned, prioritised, and delivered on time. This is your chance to make a real impact in a collaborative and innovative environment.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how we work together to deliver high-quality content that supports our business goals. From managing content requests and improving workflows to helping teams adopt shared tools and processes, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also help us explore how AI can improve productivity and personalise our content.
How you'll make an impact
Working closely with the Senior Manager of Global Content Operations, you’ll help forecast demand, allocate resources, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently. You’ll also collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align projects with strategic priorities and maintain Gallagher’s high standards.

Supporting the adoption of tools and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.

Helping to embed AI tools and practices to enhance content creation and workflows.

Monitoring team capacity and identifying opportunities for improvement.
About You
Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

A degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience in content operations, project management, or campaign delivery within a marketing or agency environment.

A track record of improving workflows, prioritisation, and resource management.

Familiarity with content or workflow systems, such as project management platforms.

The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.

A practical approach to balancing quality, speed, and stakeholder needs.
-
An interest in exploring AI-enabled tools and workflows is a plus.
