Full job description

Leisure Attendant / Personal Trainer

The Aberdeen Dyce Health Club | Immediate Start

Granite Leisure is recruiting a Leisure Attendant to join the team at The Aberdeen Dyce Health Club for an immediate start.

Employed Role (12 hours per week Contract & Casual contract cover)

As a Leisure Attendant, you will support the day-to-day operation of the health club, including:

Delivering excellent customer service to members and guests
Reception duties including welcoming members and answering queries
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Basic gym maintenance and equipment checks
Supporting opening and closing procedures

You will be required to hold a Pool Emergency Responder (PER) qualification or a valid NPLQ. If you do not currently hold this qualification, Granite Leisure will provide the training at the company’s cost.

What We're Looking For

Passion for health and fitness
Willingness to complete the Pool Emergency Responder qualification

Desired:

Level 2 Gym Instructor and/or Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification will be advantageous
Level 3 Personal Trainers who are successful in their application will be able to complete self-employed Personal Training sessions to increase their personal income. As a benefit of being a contracted employee with Granite Leisure at The Aberdeen Dyce Health Club, this shall be granted at a rate of £0 monthly gym rent.
