Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive top-notch hospitality. A passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to guest satisfaction are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanour, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant’s ordering system.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen space.
Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy, providing help as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of meals.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including food safety protocols.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest services is crucial for this role.
