Apprentice Assembly & Test Fitter

Assembly & Test Manager

Role Requirements

To serve an apprenticeship whilst receiving training / mentoring in order to assemble and test components to a very high standard, satisfying customer quality requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assemble and Test components from engineering drawings / instructions whilst working within company Quality and HSE procedures.

Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained to ensure a safe and clean working environment.

Maintain 5S standards set by the company at all times.

Competencies

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Good communication skills.

Flexible and adaptable to change.

Problem solving.

Accountabilities and Performance Measures

Follow and execute the training plan set by the company / college.

Achieve milestones set by the company / college in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 GCSE’s including Math or Science.

Any additional qualifications would be desirable.
