Early Years Practitioner Apprentice (Level 2 or Level 3)

About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner Apprentice based in Cirencester, you'll work alongside our experienced team to help create a nurturing, inclusive and inspiring environment where every child can thrive.

You'll learn how to:

Support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
Observe, plan and evaluate activities that meet individual children's needs.
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to children's learning journeys.
Apply early years knowledge and best practice within your daily work.
Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and children's welfare at all times.
Work as part of a caring and professional nursery team that is committed to providing exceptional childcare.

As your confidence and skills grow, you'll take on increased responsibilities and become a positive role model for both children and colleagues.

Is committed to completing an apprenticeship qualification.

No previous experience is required for some apprenticeship routes – just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

Hours
