This is a permanent, full-time, daytime role working Monday to Friday and offers a salary up to £37,672.00 per annum plus car allowance.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager in delivering a flexible, varied and robust facilities service across all sites, while assisting with day-to-day activities and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in line with company Environmental, Safety, Health and Quality (ESH+Q) policies and procedures.
Support smooth running of UK sites and facilities operations
Monitor services (maintenance, cleaning, waste) and follow up issues
Coordinate repairs and contractor activities
Ensure compliance and statutory checks are completed
Maintain communication with suppliers and site teams
Manage Facilities systems and records
Respond to urgent issues and escalate where needed
Support ordering of materials and supplies
Profile
Strong FM and contractor coordination skills
Good understanding of compliance requirements
Proactive, organised and adaptable
Strong communication and stakeholder skills
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail-oriented, able to prioritise workload
Hands-on, flexible and solutions-focused mindset
