We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Financial Administrator to support our accounting and administrative functions on the Diageo contract. This role plays a key part in delivering accurate financial processes, supporting operational teams, and ensuring excellent service delivery to our client.

Main Responsibilities

Process billing activities and ensure accurate data transfer between systems

Monitor account expenditure and produce weekly financial reports

Provide administrative and operational support to Finance and Account teams
-
Support billing activities across multiple sites
-
Meet weekly and month-end deadlines
-
Maintain strong client and customer relationships
-
Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
-
Attend team meetings, briefs, and performance reviews
-
Report near misses, incidents, and equipment issues
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives and complete required training
-
Carry out any additional duties as reasonably requested
The Ideal Candidate
Essential
-
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
-
Experience in a fast-paced finance or administrative environment
-
Strong organisational and time management skills
-
High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused, proactive approach

Ability to meet strict deadlines

Experience using systems such as SAP, Maximo, or SharePoint
