Responsibilities

Provide expert barbering services including haircuts, trims and grooming treatments tailored to each client's preferences
Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their styling needs and offering professional advice
Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols
Manage your appointment schedule efficiently to maximize client flow and satisfaction
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth
Stay updated on the latest hair styling trends, techniques, and products to deliver innovative services
Handle all aspects of client interactions professionally, ensuring a positive experience from consultation to completion

Experience

Proven experience as a barber
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English
Solid knowledge of barbering techniques, tools, and products
Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations
Previous self-employment or freelance experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a proactive attitude is essential
Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism
