Concrete Labourer – Agricultural & Industrial Projects

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Concrete Labourer, you’ll work alongside skilled supervisors and squad members on a variety of projects, including agricultural buildings, concrete flooring, tanks, drainage systems, and groundwork operations.
· Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Assisting with pouring, levelling, and finishing concrete floors
- Supporting concrete construction works including shuttering walls and tanks
- Helping with drainage, groundworks, and general site preparation
- Loading/unloading materials, tools, and deliveries
- Checking deliveries and ensuring materials are stored safely
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
- Following daily work plans and site instructions efficiently
- Working safely and complying with Health & Safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking hardworking team players who are willing to learn and can work well in a physically active environment.
Essential:
- Previous construction or labouring experience
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to travel to sites and occasionally stay away overnight
Desirable (but not essential):
- CSCS Card
- CPCS / NPORS plant tickets (dumper, roller, excavator etc.)
- Experience in concreting, shuttering, drainage, or groundworks
