Production Operative

We currently have several vacancies for a Production Operative to join our dedicated team in our busy factory - Full time hours available : Starting times between 6 and 8am.

May also be options for Part Time Hours for the right people

Within this role, you will play a huge part in ensuring our customers receive a smooth service with exceptional quality of goods.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor various production machinery in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
Learning and adapting to different areas of the production line, feeding in / taking off linen, sorting linen, packing
Conduct quality checks on products to meet company specifications and customer requirements.
Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets efficiently.

Requirements

Previous experience or knowledge of production processes is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to maintain quality standards.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts as required, including early mornings or late shifts if necessary.
A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and adhering to safety protocols.

You don't need to have lots of (or any) experience to apply for this role as full onsite training will be given.

We're looking for team players, who aren't afraid of a little hard work and would fit in well with the pace of our fantastic team.

An immediate start is available for the right candidate.
