Job Title: Northern Sales Manager

Location: Dumfries

Introduction:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Northern Sales Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the DOS. This pivotal role will support sales activities across two hotels (one based in Dumfries and the second Darlington, Yorkshire) playing a critical part in driving revenue growth and enhancing client relationships. If you have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain key accounts to ensure optimal revenue from corporate transient and group business.

- Strategically sell and promote our hotel portfolio, maximizing revenue opportunities within local and national accounts.

- Secure new business while enhancing the profitability of existing accounts.

- Drive inquiries and increase engagement for corporate transient, group, and meeting events.

- Collaborate effectively with the team to uncover new business opportunities.

- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly, maintaining a competitive edge.

- Provide exceptional client service to foster customer loyalty and drive repeat business.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in hotel sales or related field

- Excellent communication skills with an ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Full Time

From £30,000 (Negotiable)
