About PowerLoad – Who We Are and What We Do
PowerLoad is a fast‑growing engineering and technology company specialising in next‑generation load bank solutions for hyperscale AI data centres and mission‑critical facilities. Our work ensures that some of the world’s most advanced digital infrastructures can operate safely, efficiently, and reliably before they go live.
We design, manufacture, and support air‑cooled and liquid‑cooled AI load banks that simulate real‑world electrical and thermal loads. These systems allow data centre operators to test and validate their cooling, power, and commissioning processes under precise, controlled conditions. Our solutions help clients reduce risk, optimise performance, and meet demanding project deadlines.
With a team combining over 40 years of experience in building services, commissioning, and cooling technologies, PowerLoad delivers engineering innovation built on deep industry knowledge. We support customers across the UK and Europe, providing rapid‑response commissioning support and bespoke engineered systems tailored to high‑density IT environments.
Our mission is simple: to power precision in data centre commissioning. We help clients simulate real‑world conditions with accuracy, giving them complete confidence in their infrastructure before it becomes operational. Whether through load bank sales, rental, maintenance, or commissioning support, we play a critical role in the reliability of the digital world.
