The key skills that you must have are to create, prepare, orgainise and serve a la Carte and tasting menus desserts along with a small selection of brilliant petits fours for our after dinner offering with coffee and digestif.

You would report directly to our Head Chef and work closely with our Sous Chefs to take responsibility for our Pastry Section. Having previously worked in a similar level and similar style of kitchen will certainly stand you in good stead.
