About the Role
As a member of our team, you’ll be working across Front Desk, Arena, or Party Host roles. You’ll be part of a team whose decisions and actions affect the well-being and enjoyment of every guest. You’ll balance energy, friendliness, and fun with vigilance, precision, and care.
This role is dynamic and fast-paced. You’ll help shape guest experiences and contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
All Team Members
· Maintain a safe, hygienic, and presentable environment at all times
· Stay alert and responsive — this is a safety-critical role
· Give guests your full attention, ensuring they enjoy a great and safe experience
· Support teammates, communicate clearly, and follow all instructions from senior colleagues
Guest Experience & Interaction
· Create a welcoming, fun, and safe atmosphere from first contact onward
· Engage with guests—smiles, encouragement, and interaction are encouraged, but safety is paramount
· Guide guests through check-in and risk acknowledgments
· Maintain organisation, cleanliness, and consistency throughout the guest areas
Front Desk Tasks
· Warmly welcome guests and set the tone for their visit
· Ensure safety disclaimers, sign-in, and ticketing are handled accurately and efficiently
· Handle phone enquiries, bookings, and guest questions with care
· Keep front-of-house areas clean, tidy, and operational
Arena Duties
· Monitor guest activity continuously for compliance with safety rules
· Proactively identify and mitigate risks before issues arise
· Respond appropriately in emergencies or injuries (using first aid, radios, collaboration)
· Ensure clear, safe spaces, particularly around trampolines, airbags, and decking
· Supervise activities (dodgeball, trapeze, etc.), always with safety as the top priority
· Disinfect and maintain all arena areas daily
Party Host
· Host birthday parties and large events, making them fun, safe, and stress-free
· Support organisers and guests from arrival through departure
· Prepare and maintain party rooms in pristine condition
· Follow all party procedures and safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For
· Enthusiastic, friendly, and safety-conscious individuals
· Ability to stay alert, focused, and proactive in a busy environment
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Reliability and responsibility — especially in safety-sensitive situations
· No prior experience required — full training will be provided
Availability Requirements
We are ideally seeking candidates who:
· Can commit to at least one full day at the weekend, AND
· Are available midweek during school term time and/or a few evenings per week
