Full job description

Receptionist – Dental Practice
Location: Smile Dental clinic St Andrews
Hours: 5 days per week over Monday to Sunday , 8:45am – 5.30pm WEEKEND WORK INVOLVED

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our welcoming team at Smile Dental Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting patients and providing a warm, professional welcome
Managing appointments and the practice diary
Answering telephone and email enquiries
Processing payments and handling patient records confidentially
Supporting the dental team with administrative tasks

Skills & Experience:

Previous reception or customer service experience (dental/medical experience an advantage but not essential – training will be provided)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using computers and practice software (training given)
A friendly and positive attitude
