Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team and maintain high standards of cleanliness across various commercial premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring environments are hygienic, safe, and welcoming for staff and visitors alike. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, washrooms, corridors, and communal areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, windows, and surfaces according to specified standards.
- Restock consumables such as toilet paper, hand towels, and soap dispensers as needed.
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or contamination.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete tasks within designated timeframes.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with an organised approach to work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures is advantageous.
