Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Property Administrator/Agent to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for property management and administrative excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting property operations, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional service to clients and tenants. Experience in property management, along with strong office and data entry skills, will be highly valued. This position is ideal for those looking to develop their career within the property sector in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and update property listings
Handle all aspects of data entry related to tenants, leases, and maintenance requests
Provide administrative support including filing, correspondence, and report preparation
Respond to tenant enquiries with professional etiquette and efficient service
Assist in organising property viewings, inspections, and maintenance schedules
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation in all activities

Qualifications

Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy levels
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
· Ability to work under pressure.
Must be driven and have the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload along with multitasking
Whilst it would be preferred to have experience in the letting industry, this is not essential
Driving licence would be advantageous

The working schedule will be Monday to Friday (10am - 2pm). Some flexibility may be required during busy periods, with any changes agreed in advance where possible.
