Job Summary
Thank you for your interest in working with Dingbro Ltd. We are the largest independent Motor Factor in the UK with 1600 valued employees working in 29 branches throughout Scotland and North West England. Dingbro is a family owned and run business with our head office in Aberdeen. We supply vehicle parts to independent Garages, Fast Fit's, Franchise Dealers, CV Workshops, Local Authorities and the Emergency Services. Dingbro also has specialist departments in Vehicle Refinish, Industrial Coatings, Retail & Diagnostic Equipment. We are a trade only distributor.

We are looking for a Car Parts Advisor for our busy Dundee branch, previous experience is essential for the position

Responsibilities:

· Working alongside our car parts advisors to deliver the highest level of customer service

· Ensure accurate pricing and parts supply

· Dealing with trade customers both over the phone and face to face

· Liaise with external suppliers and internal network to ensure part availability to place orders

· Maintaining a tidy and professional working environment, with a special emphasis on health and safety

· Great communication and relationship with customer base

Essential skills:

· Motor trade background essential

. Proven track record for Customer service

· Excellent team player with ability to work from own initiative

· Have a flexible approach to the changing demands of the role

· Strong planning and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

· Ability to prioritize workloads to ensure you achieve targets

· Efficient computer skills is essential

· Strong Reading and numerical skills are required

· Experience working in a busy parts department advantageous

Our standard week is Monday to Friday 8.00 -17.00 with alternate Saturdays 8.00 - 12.30
